We’ve made it easier for you to get help and support

Customer service is at the top of our agenda, so today we’ve improved access to help and support within the app.

In the top corner of your account you’ll now notice that the [?] help icon does more than just let you send a message. We’ve added links to our new Guide & Docs site, our Status Page and other links you might find useful for getting in touch.

These resources will continue to grow, ensuring that we give you the best service we can and that you’ll get the most out of your account.
